Which debts are worrying you the most?

We deal with a wide range of unsecured debts and speak daily with the major lenders and banks to negotiate reductions.

Bailiff Debts
If enforcement agents are involved, don't panic — the right solution can often bring visits and letters to a stop.
Council Tax
Arrears on council tax are treated as a priority. We'll explain what the council can and can't do, and how to respond.
Credit Cards
Only ever managing the minimum payment? Card balances can usually be folded into one affordable arrangement.
CCJs
A County Court Judgment isn't the end of the road — it can often be included in a wider debt solution.
Loans
Personal loans, payday lending and guarantor agreements can all be looked at together.
Overdrafts
Living in your overdraft month after month? It counts as a debt and can be dealt with like any other.
HMRC Debts
Behind on self-assessment, or been overpaid tax credits? Money owed to HMRC can often be included too.
Utility Bills
Arrears on gas, electricity or water can be brought into an arrangement alongside everything else.
